Our greatest hope is that you are absolutely bonkers for your new jewelry. However, if you are not satisfied with the jewelry or it just doesn’t fit or look the way you’d envisioned, we get it! You are welcome to send items in for a refund or exchange - see our directions below.  Before sending in your return, be sure your return meets all three requirements listed here:

1 - The item(s) you are sending in will need to be originally purchased from our online store or our retail store located in Bend, OR.  If the item was purchased on our website, we will need the original order number. If the item was originally purchased at our retail store located in Bend, Oregon, we will need a copy of the receipt.  We will not accept any returns or exchanges from items that were purchased at one of our dealer locations - please contact store of purchase for assistance.

2- The item(s) needs to be unworn and in brand new condition

3 - The original purchase was less than 30 days ago.  

You can visit our Return Portal  to start your return and purchase a shipping label. When returning an item, please include those Comments in the notes section to help us understand what didn't work for you so we can make our products better!  If you are returning your jewelry for a refund, we ask that you cover the shipping expense to send it to us.  If you are sending in an item for exchange, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item to us, however we are happy to cover the shipping costs when the exchange item is shipped back to you (US only).  And of course, if you happen to receive a wrong or defective item, please let us know, and we will provide a pre paid shipping label (US only).

Please take care to package your jewelry carefully in a box or bubble wrap shipping envelope to avoid damages during shipment.  Feel free to use the original box or packaging if it is still sturdy.  We are not responsible for lost packages or damages to jewelry during shipment when items are sent to us for repair or return.  We ask that you take responsibility to collect tracking numbers and insurance if desired. Please do not send us jewelry in a regular letter envelope with a stamp, as the mail system machinery will cause damages to the jewelry.
