Lovely but one start missing

As with all my bronwen pieces, this is another gem and I am glad to have purchased it. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because while this necklace is adjustable, the adjuster does not keep in place and as the day goes on, the length of the cord extends. Not sure if this is an isolated issue with my item alone or whether others will find a similar flaw. Usually it does not bother me except when I am wearing it layered with other jewelry. I have given it a few days since receiving the necklace to make sure it was not a one time issue but alas, it keeps happening daily. Still, a nice addition to my bronwen collection.
